Full protection

1. What does "Full Protection" cover:

Damage resulting from car theft or damage, including:

body, roof, bottom;
headlights, PTFE, glass, mirrors, locks;
engine, transmission, battery;
the cost of the rental days that the car spends in repair (lost profit);
damage in case of theft (loss) of a car, in the presence of proper registration of documents from law enforcement registration and return of keys and documents for the car;

2. What does "Full Protection" NOT cover?

Full protection does not release the Tenant from liability in the following cases:

refueling with fuel that does not comply with the regulations of technical operation of the vehicle (not high-quality or not the corresponding octane number);
driving under the influence of alcohol, toxic or narcotic intoxication;
violations of the terms of the Lease Agreement;
dangerous driving during the term of the Lease Agreement, including speeding, crossing a continuous lines, turning into the wrong lane, turning in the wrong place, driving to a forbidding signal traffic lights.
if the damage to the car occurred as a result of violation of traffic Rules.
not providing the Lessor with documents issued by the traffic police authorities containing the circumstances of the accident, as well as a complete and detailed list of vehicle damage;

"Full protection" also does not cover the following costs:

car repair by the Tenant at his own expense, payment for roadside assistance;
the cost of cleaning and repairing damage to the elements of the interior of the car (if they were not received in as a result of an accident);
damage/loss of additional equipment (child seats, navigation system, etc.);
repair/replacement of wheels, hubcaps and tires.

3. What is included in the standard rental car insurance:

Standard insurance provided by the Lessor limits the Lessee's liability for the car in case of damage (CDW) or theft (TP) within the franchise – the maximum amount withheld by the rental company a company, and amounting from 20,000 to 180,000 rubles.

4. What is not included in the standard rental car insurance:

CASCO insurance does not apply to such parts of the car as windows, mirrors, wheels, roof and bottom – their repair in case of damage is paid by the Tenant. In addition, the Tenant is charged a replacement fee keys and technical assistance on the road in case of damage, as well as for those rental days in which the Landlord loses profit due to the fact that he cannot rent a car because it is under repair or stolen.
